I have the ability to access your computer remotely as long as it is barely functional, using the remote access application Anydesk. I am currently doing research on creating the ability to remote control PCs during at boot time, but for now - if you have a PC whose operating system is not functional - I can walk you through how you might be able to repair the software (or hardware).
